I'm very happy to have CCTV if it's used properly, i.e. to catch thieves and violent people (including used to prosecute overzealous security guards who assault people). *edit better not say anything more*

So as well as the undercover "spies" that the police and security had last year, we also have to deal with CCTV.

My advice is to keep it real, be discrete.

*edit*

I've emailed Elvis to ask him straight out about this and he vehemently denies it:

"DEFINITELY not - we have fought hard to stop this from happening - No CCTV at Glade."

WOW! Looks like we all jumped the gun there then!

All rants and bad feelings re: CCTV retracted and sealed in nuclear waste grade steal containers then buried 1000 feet down an old mine.

I suppose the thing that gets me about the control of booze thing is that I want to drink the stuff I want to drink, not the stuff anyone thinks I should drink. I care about what I drink and the only way to ensure that have what I want is to bring it myself. I don't want overpriced crap beer and wine nor can I afford to drink spirits at bar prices in the quantity I like.

*sigh* I suppose I will have to work out where on my anatomy I can stash a bottle of tequila Smile... a right pain in the arse Smile

I'm deffo bringing spirits too; lots of lovely polish honey vodka (unless i can't resist drinking it beforehand)
Resealable juice cartons are the best as they are opaque.
Planning to grab a couple of 3l boxes of westons organic cider that they sell in tescos for £6.50. Bargin!!
