We're currently discussing the possibility of having B&B accomodation in the form of a big red bus on site at Sunrise 2006 this year.

To help us gauge whether people will actually want to use this service (at a price of course), can anyone who is interested make themselves known.

I will probably have prices for you very soon.

This unit would have a total of 11 beds (split into 2 dorms of 4 berths (double + twin bunk), and a 3 berth dorm (double + overhead bunk)), with shared kitchen facilities, and seating area.

It all sounds rather good!

Well, as long as you pay for the bedrooms...no-one will care what you do!!! Though that sounds like a bloody fantastic idea....how about it FW?

Can you put your waddage where your bedroom is? my lips are sealed!

Well, I believe for around £2,000 the whole bus is yours for the Fezzie, though I know they are partial to bartering so it would be most cool if we could offer them at least some income they can depend on.

I really am on the edge of making a decision here, so if you want to do this, it will happen!

Anyone seriously interested could help this process by calling me on 0845 - 009 6347 and letting me have some contact details to firm things up.

Thanks FW crew!

Torbz

I can't afford it either, but it's a lovely idea. Actually, its about the average price for B & B which seems to be around £28 - £33 per night for the Yeovil area.

Oh dear! That scared most of you off! Well, as I said, I think it's negotiable.
I invited the owners of the bus to join the discussion forum so hopefully they'll get involved in the fray and come to a cool solution.

If £30 a night was fair price for B&B, then 6 nights at £30 is £180, which is pretty much what they MAY need to come and provide the service.

We;ll have to wait and see what they come back with - hopefully later today!

Well, despite the marginal interest...big bus won't be with us as there was not enough assurances for the owners that it was worth their time....

Shame really....
